Fletchanator's comment: I just plain love this album. It's unfortunate that Wildside came on the scene too late (by 92 grunge was killing glam metal), but luckily for us listeners they put out a kickass debut album in the form of Under the Influence. Sadly their next release was a change to the grunge sound, but Under the Influence is great. Probably the best comparison I can give is Ratt, especially for Drew Hannah's vocals.

Nice WildSide write up. :) Great debut CD of late 80's/early 90's pre-grunge L.A.hard rock.

Their facebook page is very cool...
